All our new villas are fully furnished and equipped, including all soft furnishings, kitchenware and entertainment systems.

With Just Silver Developments, we believe in quoting you a price for your off plan property which includes all the extras, ie stamp duty and lawyers for conveyancing, with a power of attorney for the completion of the purchase process, therefore at the end, you are not presented with more charges to pay – we just hand you the keys.
